  • Please pay for your stay the day you arrive. Moyano Centre is very secure, but if you wish to store valuables such as passports or currency, there is also a security box in the office.
  • We can help if you would like to change dollars or doles. Please speak with an administrator.
  • It's forbidden to take drugs, alcohol, and as well conduct any types of sexual activity, including masturbation.
  • If you take any medicine, or you have any disease, please let us know.
  • Please be aware of your volume and do not disturb other guests, when you are talking on the phone, listening to music or watching videos.
  • If you enjoyed the service, you are welcome to give tips at the end of your stay. You can do this privately with individual workers, or the administrators can distribute a collective tip on your behalf.
  • Administration reserves the right to refuse your stay in the center.
  • Starts at 8 pm in the Maloka (ceremonial building) every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday Wednesday and Sunday are days off. We ask you to arrive before 8 pm, prepare quietly, and attune to the Ceremony. In some cases, it's possible to conduct a Ceremony at days off.Please turn off the light in your room and in hallway near your room during Ceremony.
  • You will be assigned a spot in the Maloka on your first night, and we ask you to please stay in this spot during your stay, unless asked to move to a new place. This helps the Maestros to identify each guest.
  • Please do not leave the Maloka until the ceremony is over or if you are still under the effect of Ayahuasca. Ayahuasca comes in waves, so be patient - typically ceremonies run for 4-5 hours but can be longer.
  • Try to be quiet during ceremony and respect the process of others Please do not speak with or touch the bodies of other participants in the ceremony.
  • We recommend, if you feel able, trying to sit upright when a Maestro comes to sing to you. If you are not able to sit. lie with your head facing a Maestro.
  • Do not drink water after you have drunk Ayahuasca until the ceremony is finished.
  • Please try not to shine your flashlight in the eyes of other guests during the ceremony.
  • If you wish to drink more Ayahuasca during the ceremony, please talk with one of the facilitators.
  • Whether or not you are invited to take Ayahuasca always remains at the discretion of a Maestro. There are times when it is not in your best interest and you can still receive healing without drinking the medicine in these cases.
  • It’s forbidden for women to take Ayahuasca during the menstrual cycle, especially during the first three days. Please let us know, if you have a menstrual cycle.
  • Public toilets are outside of the Maloka. If you need help to get there, call for one of the facilitators.
  • Please don't turn on the light on in the toilets during a Ceremony.
  • After a Ceremony you can drink some tea and eat fruits, which are always available on the serving table outside of Maloka.
  • After a Ceremony, please go back to your room to sleep. Please do not sleep in the Maloka.
  • Treatment is administered at the medicine hut near the Maloka every day except Sundays, which is a rest day for all workers at Moyano Centre.
  • Sinus flush is available at 4 pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
  • Flower baths are available at 3:30 pm on Mondays and Thursdays. Before your Flower bath take a shower and arrive clean without lotion or oils on your body. Do not dry off from the Flower bath. Rest in your towel and wait until you dry naturally.
  • For guests entering plant diet during your stay, your plant teas or tinctures are available at 4:00 pm, labelled with your name. Or, you will be given a personal bottle of your diet plant medicine with specific instructions. In certain cases, your plant preparation will be prescribed to be taken early in the morning before breakfast, and we will advise you of this and any other special instructions about your plant prescription.
  • In the Center you can receive massage. Please speak to an administrator if you would like to arrange it.
  • For your safety, please use a flashlight at night time and always wear shoes. 
  • We recommend staying at the center while you are in Moyano Centre, to protect the delicate energies of the healing process. However, if you need or really want to go to town, we can arrange a motorcar for you. The cost is 15 soles each way. Please contact administrator.
  • You can request fresh towel, your room to be cleaned, or bed lines to be changed, by marking the white board outside the building where your room is. Find your room number and write:   L - to request cleaning, T – towel, S - bed linen. If you live in a tambo, please use white board outside of the Maloka.
  • Due to various reasons, sometimes it may not be electricity in the Center. If electricity is out, we will turn on a generator from 9-10 am, from 14-15 pm and from 6-8 pm.
  • In this case, there is always a candle and matches in your room. Please extinguish candles, when you go out.
  • The water in the showers and sinks is sourced from the waterfall and is clean but you should not drink it. Drinking water is available near your rooms, outside of the Maloka and in the Dining room.
  • Breakfast is served in the Dining Room from 8-9 am.
  • Lunch is at 12-14 pm.
  • Dinner (if you’re not drinking Ayahuasca) is at 5 pm.
  • Drinking water, fresh fruit and herbal teas are always available on the Dining Room serving tables.
  • Meals are made to be Ayahuasca and plant diet friendly, which means no salt, no sugar, no dairy, no certain fruit (lemon, mango etc.) no red meat, etc.
  • Put your name and needs on the white board in the Dining Room.
  • We recommend not eating anything after 3pm If you plan to drink Ayahuasca that night. You can drink water or herbal tea up to 1 hour before ceremony.
  • If you decide not to drink Ayahuasca and would like dinner prepared, please put your name on the board before 3pm that day.
  • Rendered from Monday to Friday, on Saturday till 1pm. Please place your clothes in the basket located in your room and bring it to the Dining Room.
  • Your clothes will be returned clean and dry as soon as possible, but this depends on the weather. Please allow at least 3 days if you are planning to travel.
  • There are also a couple of small hanging lines located close to your rooms if you want to hang your own hand-washed items out to dry.
